Your pattern stays on file.
Most gear is built to a size chart and fits nobody exactly. We do it the other way round: your measurements become a paper pattern with your name on it, kept in the workshop. Order again in three years and it still fits — same shoulders, same reach, same crouch.
The hide softens, the seams settle, the suit starts to hold your shape. That's the part a size chart can't sell you.

Fig. 02 — Triple-stitched load seam
One piece.
No weak seams.
Force wants to travel along a seam and out through the stitching. A triple-stitched load seam spreads it across the panel instead — which is why we put them where the slide starts, not where they're easiest to sew.

How your suit gets built
Four stages, about three weeks, one rider's dimensions. Nothing is cut before your numbers are on the table.
Measure
Eighteen points, taken in your riding position rather than standing straight. Send them yourself or walk through the fitting guide with us over WhatsApp.
Pattern
Your numbers become a paper pattern, cut and labelled with your name. It stays in the workshop — every suit you order after this starts from it.
Build
Hide cut by hand, load seams triple-stitched, armour pockets positioned to your actual limb length instead of an average of everybody's.
Certify
Shell to EN 17092, limb armour to EN 1621-1, back protector to EN 1621-2. Checked, boxed, and shipped tracked anywhere in the world.
